The San Francisco Apartment Association (SFAA) is a non-profit dedicated to supporting rental housing providers. We foster ethical property management through education, advocacy, and community.
We believe that a stable and healthy rental housing market is the cornerstone of San Francisco’s unique character. As one of the city's oldest non-profits in this sector, our commitment is to provide the knowledge, tools, and support necessary for property owners to navigate an increasingly complex landscape.
SFAA supports rental housing providers through a multi-faceted approach. We actively engage in political advocacy at local and state levels to protect the rights of property owners, utilizing our Legal Fund to address critical industry issues.
Education is central to our mission. Through seminars, workshops, and our monthly SF Apartment Magazine, we ensure our members remain informed on the latest landlord-tenant laws and property management best practices.
We are proud to be affiliated with the SF Housing Foundation, an organization focused on educating non-English speaking landlords, ensuring that quality property management resources are accessible across our entire community.
